**wanted to update for my new watchers to read. Since this isn't in the main featured gallery.
P.S. I've gained weight a bit now. So I will start doing this program again xD

Other tips:

-I ate all of my meals just that sometimes I ate my special menu instead of other food (The menu is in the comic) I did not starve myself. My body needed energy.
- I did not drink soda. Try green tea, it's much better. Even the sweeten one is still healthier than soda. Diet coke is NOT diet.
- I avoided deep fried foods. Try grilled or boiled. Much better ^^
- Fish is better than pork and beef. Chicken is okay as long as it's not fried.
- I avoided sugary snacks.
- I drank a lot of water after meal so I wont feel like eating snacks.

Best snacks to be eaten when you are on diet.
- Fruity Popsicle instead of ice-cream. They are normally around 50 cal. while ice-cream are more than 130 cal.
- Popcorn (not the buttery ones) They're normally 100 cal. per bag and I rarely finished the whole bag. Half of it was as much as I could go.
- Green apple (Gosh..those are good)
- 1 cup of soy milk (Not really a snack but it was enough to keep me full and I had to skip the whole meal cause I was too full. 1 cup of soy milk is about 80 cal.)
- Dried fruits (totally low fat)
- Seaweed (this helps burning calories too and seaweed is good for those who have thin hair. It helps with the hair growth same with soy beans ^^)

I'm kinda on a diet. I stop drinking soda  and all I'm drinking now is water,coffee,kool aid and tea. I lost weight even when  I do drink soda but I think I lose weight faster if  I don't drink them.

hehe I guess this is old but I'v been dead from dA so u_u; GOOD JOB~~~ haha I lost 20kg 2 years ago too 8D and cuz I was afraid to face my relatives in asia LOL good job to us n___n (and same age ftw)

This is how I lost weight:
I was about the same weight you was,and when I discovered it I had just the same face you had xDD,only that I didn't like eating, didn't eat much and never did any sport.
Then I started feeling nauseated anytime I had to eat. I stopped eating. I lost five kg. Then I started feeling always hungry. I restarted eating normally. I lost four more kg.

it is great what you did. and even better that you are shareing it.
However I suggest to readers that they search the net for more comprehensive exercises.
the exercises you did are a good starting point, but need to be longer/harder if you ever want to go back to eating large amounts while still keeping thin (and in shape)

But again. what you have done here is AWESOME!

Thank you sooo much for making this! It is really inspiring and I'm even more motivated to lose weight than I was before. I'm unfortunately pretty fat (about 150 pounds ><; ), especially for my age... I've been wanting to lose weight for the past two years but I can never seem to get motivated enough. But this is really helpful!

this is way better than when I went on my crash diet, I lost 50 lbs doing it but it wasn't good for me. Heh I wish my family was like that. I went to visit them a couple of years ago back in like high school and was the smallest I had ever been and they didn't know who I was ; ^ ; the whole family is chunky so when I showed up to greet them they're were like "who are you?" So I was like "do I have to gain weight for them to recognize me!?" I wasn't even under weight ; ^ ; anyways so that led to my over eating habits of today TT n TT but I hall try to lose weight as you had, even though it is very close to the holidays XD

Well I seem to have the opposite problem :S I end up not eating and losing a ton of weight and then looking at the scale and being like 'okay I gotta eat something'.

I love this! I'm a bigger person I come from a bigger family. I want to lose weight, but I'm not good at dieting. Any other recipes you could share?

Mostly Japanese foods (but not the fired ones) have really low fat. Like sushi and sashimi are good. Seaweed salad can make you full and it has low calories too.
Japanese foods are different from Chinese. It's better to stay away from Chinese foods since most of them have a lot of oil and sugar.

I have 56 kg? and never got at 60 or over it.. but I think you are taller.. and I have a little big ass xd [my ass is genetic from my dad familly part] I want to lose weight too.. but I'm too lazy to run.. and i don't have a blender.. or strawberryes.. or parents who got money enought to buy and other things than they have to. when I want to lose weight [usually when I see I got around 59 kg] I get some water and drink it as hot I can [like boiled water] in the morning, before eating [like half of hour before] and I get very fast back to 55-56. I think that i lose weight so fast because my body is used to it but now.. maybe if I want to get to 50 or behind, it will be harder? I'm pretty proud I never got to 60 but I know I'm not so "slim" either .. like not at all slim.. well maybe not as chubby [sounds cute chubby] as you were but very closer to it = -=

If you lost weight from starving or drinking lots of water without exercise, you can have a yo-yo effect. Which means once your health get stable and you begin to eat normal, you will gain more weight and get even fatter than before.
So, it's better to exercise more. If you don't like running, at least do the fast walking. That should help.
First time dieting, you can lose lots of weight but later on it will become harder to lose because your body will get used to what you eat.
Therefore, exercise is the best answer. If you don't exercise and just control your weight by eating, I guarantee 100% that you can have a yo-yo effect.

And actually I go running on summer.. cause my friend is motivating me and she runs with me.. and almost every friend told me I lost weight this summer.. but I'm still not so proud of me..
I guess I run and exercise in summer cause I have lot of time.. but not in the rest of the year ; - ; and is somehow very hard for me to run without stopping bacause I get tired very easy and my spleen and appendicitis are killing me .. I have this problem since I'm little but sometimes [like on palying handball at school] I fight over it.. but my neck hurts a lot and I breath very hard after that UnU

If you get tired from running, it's okay to take a walk. Don't just stop suddenly and begin to run again cause that can make you really dizzy and can just pass out.
Drinking juice after running is good. It makes you feel really fresh and not hungry.
